Please note: There is a 50% Non-Refundable Deposit due before we start services for any project or fulfill any order. Your Deposit is due by the scheduled due date and holds your position in line. These are the dates we have available for processing your order. Any deposit received past your due date will not guarentee your place in line. We will not bump you ahead of a customer who has solidified their deposit before yours, as we are fair with everyone. Design services will be extended with up to 2 Free Revisions. Extra Set up for Underbase layers sometimes required for light colored inks on dark shirts for best quality print.
Q: What is an Underbase?
A: An underbase is a layer of ink (generally white or other light color) that is printed as a "base" on a dark shirt for other colors to sit on. This gives the top colors more brilliance. Since the underbase is generally a high opacity ink, it is flash-cured before the top colors are printed over it. Not only does underbasing slow production, but it is often an extra color that the customer did not plan on - or one that sales did not get enough money for. Underbases are also called an underlay (very common) or a mask (not very common).
