RETURN POLICY

Sawgraphix.com.com reserves the right to modify or revise these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice. It is strongly encouraged that all customers read and review these terms when making purchases from Sawgraphix.com to avoid any confusion or disputes.


Return Policy:
We at Sawgraphix.com do our very best to assure that all clients are 100% completley satisfied with our designs and marketing materials. We do not under any circumstances give refunds for designs that have been approved by the customer. There will be no refunds on marketing materials after they have been sent to press for printing.  Returns made without prior authorization will be refused at our office/warehouse. It will be based on the companies descretion whether or not the customer is due for a refund based on a ligitimate reason. If for some reason there is an issue with your marketing materials after you have received them, please click on our support link and open a support ticket.  All Tickets will be responed to in the order of which they are received.  Our response times are normally 24-72  Business Hours.  All returned products are subject to a 15% restocking fee, and must be in resalable condition when they are returned. Refunds to your credit card will be made by the Sawgraphix.com via PayPal.  Shipping charges are not refundable and will not be given based on customer remorse.  Sawgraphix.com reserves the right to inspect the condition of all returned products before issuing a refund. We do not offer refunds based on customers remorse.

For damaged or Fed Ex/UPS/DHL and returned to us by issuing you a "call tag" that can be placed on the item to be returned.  Upon receipt of the defective/damaged merchandise at our location, you will either be refunded the full amount of the defective/damaged merchandise or given a credit towards the purchase of another item equal to the value of the returned merchandise. If refunded, the credit will show up on your credit card statement under Sawgraphix.com via Paypal. Any returns without a prior return authorization number will be refused at the office/warehouse. Sawgraphix.com.com reserves the right to inspect the condition of all returned products before issuing a full refund or replacement.

 

Deposit Policy:

There will be a 50% non-refundable deposit due before we are to proceed with any type of request for Graphic Design Services. Once we have a signed agreement on file to begin a project, you agree that your deposit is now deemed as non-refundable.

 

 

Return Policy on Designs

 

Sawgraphix.com.com does not offer refunds on any design(s) once you have agreed that you are completely satisfied with the outcome of your project. If, for some reason you have changed your mind about your design, you may opt to have your design revised twice before being charged for revisions (see our Revision Policy Below). Please notify Sawgraphix.com.com by e-mail at  Info@sawgraphix.com.

Refunds will not be given on Design Services rendered based on Customer’s remorse but we will move forward to come up with the best solution(s) to accommodate your needs.

 

Revisions Policy: ( Paper Documents Only)

Your First 2 Revisions are complimentary. Each revision thereafter is $20 per revision on marketing materials only. Revisions must be paid for in full before the changes to your documents are made. There are no refunds on revisions and will not be given based on Customer’s remorse.

Privacy Policy:
Sawgraphix.com is dedicated to the privacy and protection of its customer's information. By shopping and purchasing goods from Sawgraphix.com, you agree to defend, indemnify and hold Sawgraphix.com harmless from and against any and all claims, damages, costs and expenses, including any attorneys' fees, arising from or related to your use of the site.

Sawgraphix.com collects payments through PayPal.com to ensure security.  Cookies are stored to track shopping cart information. Customer's e-mail, shipping address, and any other information received at checkout is not shared with any other source. Sawgraphix.com will only use this information to contact customers when necessary.

Sawgraphix.com is not responsible for incorrect shipping information given during checkout. Contact Sawgraphix.com immediately if any shipping information is incorrect on your order.

Sawgraphix.com holds the security of the customer's information at the highest priority. In the event of unauthorized use of your credit card, you must notify your credit card company in accordance with its reporting rules and procedures.

Security:
Sawgraphix.com may contain links to other sites which do not have the same terms and conditions and/or privacy policies. It is strongly recommended that you read their terms and conditions before disclosing any personal information to them.

Legal:
Should there be any legal action taken against Sawgraphix.com for any reason, it must be brought to the Atlanta, Georgia state or federal courts. All fees must be paid by the consumer. There will be no reimbursement beyond the retail price of the merchandise.

Tax:
There will be a 7% sales tax added to orders from Georgia residents only.

Should any part of these terms and conditions be deemed as unenforceable or in opposition of the law, all the other terms and conditions will remain in place and will be enforced to the full extent of the law.
