How can I pay?
Although, our Website is currently under construction and our shopping cart is still being configured, you can still place an order. Please use the "Black" payment button for checkout. You will be re-directed to Paypal to make your payment. Please make sure that your form is filled out completely. EX. (Your Name, Address, Payment amount including taxes if you live in the state of GA.)

Do you offer international delivery?
We truly apologize for the inconvenience, but at this time we currently do not offer International Shipping as it will become a service offered by Queen's Body Boutique in the future.

What type of sizing do you use on your site?
We've conveniently added a sizing chart for each manufacturer so that you will have an easy sizing experience . Please keep in mind that there are no returns on Lingerie/Under Garments. This leaves for good sanitary practices. Queen's Body Boutique Sizing Charts will be coded based on manufacturer. Codes will start with a letter and sometimes end in numbers. You will find your correct coding at the bottom of the item's description. Ex: Code DL or dl
Please note: Our Sizing Charts are only for reference.

What is your return policy?
Purchases on Queen's Body Boutique website can be returned by mail to our warehouse via your packing slip. Customer is responsible for return shipping. Garment must be in it's original package.

Can I cancel my online order?
Because we process online orders very quickly, we regret they cannot be changed or cancelled once submitted. Please review the details of your order carefully prior to submitting it.

How do I track my order?
You can track your order with the tracking number enclosed in your confirmation email.

Can I buy a gift card?
We apologize for any inconvenience, gift cards will be available in the near future!

How long will it take until I receive my order?
Most orders will be shipped and delivered within3-8 Business Days . All orders are handled in the order in which they are received. Please allow an extra 2-3 days for processing.
Imported Orders may arrive within 2-3 weeks considering they are in stock.
